• Each team member fills in their row in the Google Sheet under Phase 1.

Goal: See the full landscape of proposals. Express personal reflections, appreciations, concerns, or curiosities.

Action:

• Each team member reads all proposals.
• Each member fills in reflections in the Phase 2 tab:
  • Choose whether it’s an Appreciation, Concern, or Curiosity.
  • Reflect from your own needs and feelings — not to judge others.

Sheet Sharing:

• Continue using the same shared Sheet link.
• I can post my reflection here in chat OR in a new "Summary" tab if you want it embedded.
